The U.S. military is chasing for an $80 million F-35 warrior fly after a pilot shot out from the military air ship close Charleston, S.C., on Sunday.
Authorities at Joint Base
Charleston said they were working with a nearby Marine base to “locate an F-35
that was included in a mishap” Sunday evening. The pilot catapulted securely
from the fly and is accepting therapeutic care.
“If you've got any data that will
offer assistance our recuperation groups find the F-35, if you don't mind call
the Base Defense Operations Center at 843-963-3600,” they composed on X, once
Twitter.
The military is looking for the
F-35 north of Joint Base Charleston, close Lake Moultrie and Lake Marion.
The incident is raising eyebrows
over the nation.
“How within the hell do you lose
an F-35?” South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace (R) inquired on X. “How is there not a
following gadget and we’re inquiring the public to what, discover a fly and
turn it in?”
The missing plane could be a
F-35B Lightning II fly, a fifth-generation air ship and one of the foremost
progressed warplanes within the world; it costs generally $80 million.
The air ship was working with the 2nd Marine Flying Machine Wing, agreeing to Joint Base Charleston, a flying unit that works on the East Coast.
